Welcome to iFixture. By using our website, requesting a quote, booking a repair, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Who We Are

2. Repair Services

• Quotes given online or over the phone are estimates only. The final price is confirmed after a full diagnostic of your device.

• We will contact you before carrying out any repair that costs more than the original quote.

• We are not responsible for data loss during repair. Please back up your device before drop-off.

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage discovered during repair (e.g. previous unofficial repairs, water damage found later).

• Devices must be collected within 30 days of repair completion. After this, a storage fee may apply, and after 90 days uncollected devices may be recycled or disposed of.

3. Products (Used Phones & Accessories)

• All used phones are tested and graded before sale. Any known faults are disclosed at the point of sale.

• Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but slight differences (e.g. minor cosmetic wear) may occur.

• Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Payments

• Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

• We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.

• Full payment is required before a repaired device is returned or a product is shipped.

5. Warranty

• All repairs come with a 90-day warranty on parts and workmanship.

• All used phones come with a 90-day warranty against faults.

• Warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, or issues caused after the repair/sale.

6. Cancellations

• You may cancel a repair booking free of charge before diagnostic work begins.

• If a repair has already started, a diagnostic or partial labour fee may apply.

7. Website Use

• You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false information.

• All website content, logos, and images are owned by iFixture and may not be copied without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• iFixture is not liable for any indirect loss, such as loss of data, loss of use of your device, or loss of business, resulting from our services.

• Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled under UK jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
